The Jr. Bobcats is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2020, by Executive Director Bobby Pacheco & Program Director Susana Pacheco.

We are here to develop our youth into successful people via sports. We teach discipline, perseverance, responsibility, confidence, and most importantly leadership. We support our parents on the field through hard work and healthy competition. We just happen to play football. Won’t you join us?

Yes, we like to win, however, our main mission is to teach young people how to play sports safely and to have a great time doing so. We encourage family participation through social events and activities throughout the year.

What makes the Jr. Bobcats unique from most other youth sports programs is its commitment to professionalism, our intentionality to provide an environment of inclusion to diverse families, our ability to motivate youth with a healthy balance of discipline and nurturing mentorship, and the unwavering support from parents and community partners.
